The UWF Esports Club is a leading video game competition club with over 400 active members and more than 120 students participating weekly. We compete against up to 20 colleges, providing valuable opportunities for UWF students. We aim to excel in every tournament, league, and LAN event.
However, we face challenges with funding for equipment and travel. For Fall 2024, we have chances to travel to cities like Atlanta, Dallas, and Orlando, but securing the necessary resources is crucial.
To support our aspirations, we are requesting $4,500 for the following:
- $550 for Jerseys: To provide affordable jerseys for all members.
- $450 for the "Give Back Fund" To support our community service initiatives.
-$2,000 for Our First Club-Owned PC: To enable our members to compete at their best.
- $1,000 for the Travel Fund: To cover travel costs for LAN event members.
- $500 for League Fees: To fully cover our league costs for the year.
