The UWF Chapter of AIAA is raising donations to support club activities and provide additional funding to aerospace engineering teams at the University of West Florida. The UWF Chapter of AIAA aims to raise $4200 to support the UWF Aero team, UWF Argo Armada team, and UWF Drone team, with each team receiving $1000. Each team will receive about $1000, giving these teams the necessary funds to cover the cost of competition registration, building materials for each team, and other necessary expenses that teams typically struggle to cover. The UWF Chapter of AIAA requests an additional $1200, which will go towards aerospace-related events hosted by the AIAA student branch. These events will be open to anyone with an interest in aerospace engineering or aerospace-related topics.
