The University of West Florida Baja Argo Racing Club is a student-led team dedicated to designing, building, and racing a single-seat, all-terrain vehicle for SAE’s (Society of Automotive Engineers) international competitions. Each year, our team brings together students from across disciplines to tackle real-world engineering challenges while developing leadership, teamwork, and technical skills that extend far beyond the classroom. This year, our goal is to raise $6,000 to support the development of our 2026 Baja vehicle. Your donation will fund essential materials and components needed for fabrication, along with safety gear, competition registration fees, and travel expenses. Our goal is to compete in two national competitions this season while stacking UWF against top universities such as MIT, Ohio State, and Virginia Tech. Your support doesn’t just help us build a car, it helps us build engineers, innovators, and future leaders. Through this project, students gain hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, project management, and budgeting, preparing them for impactful careers in engineering and beyond. By donating, you’re investing directly in the next generation of problem-solvers and helping us proudly represent the University of West Florida on a national stage. Every contribution, big or small, makes a tangible difference in our ability to compete, learn, and inspire others to pursue hands-on innovation. Join us in driving the future of engineering education and student innovation. Support Argo Racing today—because great ideas deserve to get off the ground (and into the dirt).
