Student Resources

Providing our students the resources they need, when they need them, is essential to helping them get through college and graduate on time. The funds included here are high-priority items for our students, staff and future success as an institution of higher learning.

Student Emergency Support- This fund provides support for students going through unexpected hardship.

Argo Pantry- The purpose of the Argo Pantry is to provide healthy food to currently enrolled UWF students who are in need of emergency assistance. Our mission is to establish and sustain a campus food pantry that will fulfill the basic requirements of students who are in need.

Educational Research Center for Child Development- An on-campus educational center providing childcare to the children and dependents of UWF students, faculty and staff.

Recreation and Sports Services- This fund supports the Department of Recreation and Wellness by funding the services, resources and opportunities provided for students, staff and community members through their facilities and programs.

UWF Career Services- Help students go Argo2Pro by supporting programs and services that connect their academic journey to real-world success.

Military Veterans Resource Center- The MVRC us a support resource for military, dependent and veteran students, working to ensure the needs of these individuals are met through coordination with multiple University offices and services.

UWF Commons- Supports facilities improvements, enhances operations and services, and expands programming and event opportunities for our campus community.

Student Affairs- Supports co-curricular initiatives that promote holistic student health and transformational learning experiences that boost academic success and prepare students for meaningful careers.

L.A. Maygarden Jr. Program for Financial Literacy Endowment- increases awareness and access to financial education.

Office of Military Services- supports military-affiliated students by fostering leadership, academic growth, and a smooth transition to civilian life and higher education.

Military Science- Houses ROTC & future Army leaders
